Notes

• Rollup-Boost acts as a proxy so the external block builder can integrate without changes to the sequencer.
• OP-Talos is the Credible Layer block builder (rbuilder + assertion validation).
• The assertion execution flow is shared across implementations; only the integration layer changes.
